The Perfect Pumpkin

Reagan's preschool has its big "Pumpkin Extravaganza" tomorrow! The three-year-old classes get to bring a pumpkin (that they can carry themselves) and the four-year-olds actually go on a field trip to the pumpkin patch to pick one out. So - today Reagan and I went to our own pumpkin patch to find the perfect pumpkin for her to bring to school tomorrow. (OK - I cannot lie -we didn't actually go to a real pumpkin patch....it was gross and raining here today! So instead we went to Calloway's to their make-shift pumpkin patch.) It started out a little rough - she was grouchy and didn't seem to like my idea that this was "a great place to find a pumpkin!" Once she got through being in time-out (sitting on a bench next to a really cute scarecrow!) she got herself together and we had a super time. And yes - we found the perfect pumpkin!
I tried to get an angle on this picture that didn't show the Calloway's sign in the background! Looks like I did it!

Don't be alarmed.....she had just polished off a blue sucker in the car!
