Halloween

We were so excited to get to spend our Halloween this year with Doc, Mimi, Uncle Kyle and Aunt Alli! The kids had been counting down the days and were thrilled when we actually got in the car to head south. We spent the first part of the evening walking to a few houses in their neighborhood and then headed to the church for the Fall Festival. The night was so much fun and getting to be with Doc, Mimi and Uncle Kyle (sorry you had the night shift, Aunt Alli!) made it even more special.
Landon and Reagan were very cautious about going up to doors. They wanted Mimi close behind! (even though these were all people Doc and Mimi knew!)

Mrs. Smith let them pick two things! One piece of candy and some Cheetos! What a treat!

I don't know why I love this picture of my sweet Minnie so much. Maybe it's those Minnie Mouse heals that just make me smile!Riding the go carts (with pedals!) at the Fall Festival

Uncle Kyle was a real trooper keeping up with us all night! Landon and Reagan think this guy hung the moon. We love you, Uncle Kyle!

Landon's love - Miss Caroline Steen

At the end of the day, Brad asked Landon what his favorite part of Halloween had been. He answered with, "sitting with Grandaddy David and eating my Halloween candy together." Grandaddy David and Grammy Nancy are such special people (my parents' best friends!) and have always been like family to us. My kids love them!

Reagan decided it was Grammy Nancy's turn with the Minnie ears.

The night was so much fun and ended with two tired kids (and many tired adults!). Thank you Doc, Mimi, Uncle Kyle, Aunt Alli (who left us great Halloween presents!) Grandaddy David and Grammy Nancy for making our Halloween 2008 so great!

So cute!! i love that picture too, the heals are hilarious!! Thank you so much for tranporting Stacey both ways. We REALLY appreciate it! Someone this weekend was saying how brave that was of Stacey to ride to Waco with someone else. I was like it wasn't just some random friends it was the Brown's, they're like family :)
Thank you!!
Love you,
Caryn
