Our Halloween started a couple of weeks early this year. Our neighborhood has a Fall Festival and this year it happened to be a couple of weeks before Halloween. We got the kids ready and headed out for a fun afternoon with our neighbors.
Our Beautiful Ballerina and Not The Least Bit Amused Bunny (Landon was not interested in a picture at this moment.)
Heading to the party (Maya, our neighbor, went along with us!)
Harry Potter and his little sister enjoying a snowcone
(Notice the bunny had to shed her fur. She was so hot! Gotta love a white onesie with tennis shoes and socks! :-)
more sweets....cookies this time! She decided it was much more fun to eat a cookie than decorate her pumpkin.
Our Harry Potter won a $20 giftcard to Target for Best Overall Costume! Everyone thought he looked so much like the real Harry Potter.
On Halloween night, we just trick-or-treated around our neighborhood. The kids had a ball and it was very low-key! That's my kind of Halloween!
Our bunny transformed into Supergirl! We were with Mimi the Friday before and she was afraid her bunny costume would again be too hot to wear. So - off to Toys R Us she went! Thank you, Mimi!
We were so lucky to have Pops and Lucy come stay the night with us and take the kids trick-or-treating! It was a true treat!
Mrs. Michelle even stopped by just to take pictures of the kids.
Mrs. Michelle (Mema) and Reagan
and Landon
Payton stood back the first couple of houses and watched Bubba and RayRay show her how it's done!
She then got the hang of it. She pulled her candy in the wagon from house to house and really did go up to each door!
We found a few of Reagan's friends from school while we were out.
The kids helped Lucy hand out candy once they had been to enough houses themselves. Reagan was very generous with her handfuls! I was actually very thankful to not have leftover candy!
"Where did everybody go? You mean it's already over?"
This is what I think about that!
