You Can't Play Ball in the House

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this a common rule among households with kids? Things might get broken, someone might get hurt, it might put a ding in the wall, etc. So why on earth is this something that the Brown family doesn't have to abide by?
I remember vividly a few months ago hearing a loud, "boom, slap, boom, slap, boom, slap" coming from the entry. I quickly asked Brad what the noise was. His response? "It's Landon throwing a ball against the front door and then catching it in his glove. Don't you dare tell him he has to stop!" (Practice makes perfect, right?)
Well.....fast forward to yesterday - here is what I walked in on.

Notice the ball being thrown from Landon's hands, up and over the banister, to Daddy's hands.

And...Daddy throws it back down and into the glove.

There are some things I just pretend I don't see. This happens to be one of them! Brad and Landon are best buddies and I am not about to stop the things they love to do together!

So - PLAY BALL......in our house, if you would like!
