Trip to Nashville

We took a road trip to Nashville in June to see Uncle Blake-o, Aunt Ash, Cooper and Holden.  We all had such a great time!  If given the chance, I think my big kids would move there tomorrow.  They love being with their cousin, Cooper!

We broke up the drive and stopped for the night in Little Rock.

This is what we sat in for 3 1/2 hours.  We drove 30 miles in that amount of time.  The entire interstate was shut down because of a wreck that had happened early that morning.  It was miserable!

We played a few mean games of Cornhole.  If you've never played this game, I highly recommend it!  Such a great backyard game when you have company.  

Blake and Ash have an awesome deck in their backyard.  We spent each night out there eating and playing.

On the second day we were there we headed to the coolest water park/theme park in Kentucky!
We opted to ride very illegally to get there.  Aunt Ash is such a trooper!

The next day we spent the afternoon at the lake.  Payton was dressed and ready!

These three spent most of the day on the tube!  They had a blast!

The final night we were there, we lit the fire pit and made smores...

...and finished off the trip with Uncle Blake-o playing the guitar while the kids sang along.

 It was such an awesome trip and we are already looking forward to the next time 

we get to head to Nashville!
