One of Reagan's best friends, Brooke, got 4 tickets to the Justin Bieber concert for her birthday. Reagan was lucky enough to be one of the ones that she invited to go along with her! To say these girls were excited is quite the understatement. Brooke's parents, Kim and Cory, spoiled the girls like crazy and it is a memory that will stay with them for a lifetime!
