We have just come off a wonderful weekend at the Brown house! I'll hush and let you in on all the details in the pictures that follow!
You saw in a previous post that we tried sponge rollers on Reagan's hair to get the curls they wanted for the recital.

It's a really good thing we did a trial run for dress rehearsal! Needless to say, we jumped in the bathtub and started over!
This might be one of my favorite pictures of these sisters so far! When Reagan was getting ready for dress rehearsal, Payton was really wanting to put on her costume. Reagan ran and got her skirt from last year and Payton was in heaven! (You can't see them, but she wanted a pair of Reagan's panties on as well...so they are under the skirt over her pants!) I guess she is going to be a girly girl just like her big sister!
A cookie bouquet from Aunt Alli and Uncle Kyle (minus one already eaten cookie!) arrived before we headed out for dress rehearsal! Yummy!
After dress rehearsal, Mimi treated us to a girls' night out! We started off with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. To make it special for Reagan, we left Payton with Mr. Britton and Mrs. Michelle. Dinners out with our Sweet P are not real relaxing and enjoyable!

Aunt Alli came for the dance recital! The only missing pieces to our girls' night out were Aunt Ernie and Aunt Ash!
Mimi and Reagan took a carriage ride while Alli and I shopped.
Reagan was in hog heaven! She had Mimi all to herself! I really don't know what more she could ever wish for!
Don't you worry, while the girls were out on the town, Daddy was treating LP to a boys' night out! They had awesome seats at the Ranger game!

Do you really think Payton would be left out of a fun night? Not when Mr. Britton and Mrs. Michelle (P has started to call her Mema) are around! They took her to Chuck E. Cheese's!

After a good night's sleep, we were up and at'em for a day of dancing!Reagan's hair was moused, sprayed and sprayed some more! The curling iron gave us much better results!

It was such a fun family weekend! We are ready for summer and cannot wait for all the enjoyment it is going to hold!

Just now catching up on all your fun! I LOVE her hair curled like that...when kudos to you for being that patient:) Also lovin' the carrige ride and Mark and Ryan watch the rangers EVERY NIGHT! Super sweet ballerina pics of Miss Reagan...aahh I love the little ballerinas. I can't wait for VBS!

Oh WHAT a fun weekend!! So fun to have a girls night out. And a carriage ride to boot (SP?)!I love that pic of R & P too - PRECIOUS. Reagan looked beautiful as did her curls - nice work mama. And I am loving All LP's missing teeth these days just precious.

I see now why my mom never put me in anything like that - the hair would have been too much work! Love the hair on the dry rehearsal. Fun with all the girlie outtings. And Reagan - wearing more on her face than I ever knew what to do with before age 16. So glad she has a momma to guide her in the ways....
